Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of the web design, coding, setting up automation pipelines, and configuring dedicated telecom numbers, **all payments made to Visible Methods are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible**.

Once you select a plan and submit your onboarding setup requirements, I begin manual allocation of developers, server space, custom copywriting, phone lines, and automation configs immediately.

Therefore, I cannot offer refunds, credits, or prorated cancellations for any reason once setup or delivery of services has begun.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your month-to-month subscription plan at any time.

To cancel, please send a written request to **ayush@visiblemethods.com** from the email address registered to your account.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your website, platform features, and inbox system until the current cycle expires, and you will not be charged again thereafter.

Please note that early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid amounts, digital wallet balances, or unused portion of a prepaid term.

3. No Chargebacks

By checking the agreement box at checkout and purchasing a subscription, you confirm your acceptance of this Refund and Cancellation Policy, and you waive your right to dispute payments with your bank or credit card provider (file chargebacks).

Disputing payments for services rendered or setup work initiated constitutes a material breach of my Terms of Service. In these cases, I reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts, permanently delete or archive hosted sites, and pursue legal recovery of the outstanding balance.
